If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the relevant amount will be refunded.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, photographs, specifications and compatibility information are accurate.

Product appearance, colour and finish may vary slightly from photographs due to lighting, screen settings and reasonable manufacturing variations.

3. Vehicle Fitment & Compatibility

Many products sold by OEM Plus Garage are designed for specific vehicle models, generations, years, body styles or configurations.

It is the customer's responsibility to carefully review the compatibility information provided on the product page and select the correct vehicle and product option before placing an order.

If you are unsure whether a product will fit your vehicle, please contact us before ordering.

Where a customer selects an incorrect vehicle, model, generation, variant or product option and we supply the product that was ordered, we are not required to provide a change-of-mind return or refund.

This does not affect your rights where we incorrectly describe a product, incorrectly represent that a product is compatible with your vehicle, or the product otherwise fails to comply with a consumer guarantee under Australian Consumer Law.

4. Installation

Customers are responsible for ensuring products are installed correctly and appropriately.

Professional installation is recommended where appropriate, particularly where installation involves vehicle electrical systems, wiring, trim removal or modification.

To the extent permitted by law, OEM Plus Garage is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, improper modification, failure to follow installation instructions or installation performed in a manner inconsistent with the intended use of the product.

Nothing in this section excludes any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

5. Aftermarket Products & Manufacturer Affiliation

Unless expressly stated otherwise, products sold by OEM Plus Garage are aftermarket products and are not represented as genuine vehicle-manufacturer parts.

OEM Plus Garage is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, authorised by, endorsed by or sponsored by Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, Alfa Romeo or any other vehicle manufacturer referenced on our website unless expressly stated otherwise.

Vehicle manufacturer names, model names, logos and trademarks may be referenced solely for product identification and compatibility purposes. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Vehicle Regulations

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products and vehicle modifications are appropriate and lawful for their intended use and location.

Certain automotive accessories or modifications may be subject to roadworthiness requirements, vehicle standards or other regulations.

Where appropriate, customers should obtain professional advice before installing or using a product on a road-going vehicle.

7. Prices & Payment

Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on our Australian website are in Australian dollars (AUD).

Prices, promotions and product availability may change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing, description or listing errors.

Payment must be successfully completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout before an order can be fulfilled.

8. Orders

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation. This confirms that we have received your order.

We may contact you if additional information is reasonably required to process the order, including information necessary to confirm vehicle compatibility.

Orders may be cancelled where a product becomes unavailable, payment cannot be verified, an obvious error has occurred or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.

Where we cancel a paid order, the relevant payment will be refunded.

9. Shipping & Fulfilment

Some products may be dispatched directly by OEM Plus Garage, while others may be dispatched by our suppliers or fulfilment partners.

As a result, products within the same order may occasionally be shipped separately and arrive at different times.

Delivery timeframes provided on our website are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Delivery may be affected by carriers, customs, location and other circumstances.

10. Returns & Refunds

OEM Plus Garage does not offer returns, exchanges or refunds simply for change of mind.

Customers should carefully review their product and vehicle selection before ordering.

Faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise non-compliant products will be handled in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy and Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Please check your delivery address and contact information carefully before submitting an order.

If you discover an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that shipping details can be changed after an order has entered fulfilment or been dispatched.
