Change of Mind

OEM Plus Garage does not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind.

This includes situations where a customer no longer wants the product after purchasing.

Please ensure you are satisfied with your selection before placing an order.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide your order number, a description of the issue and photos or videos where appropriate.

Depending on the circumstances and your rights under Australian Consumer Law, we will arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include a repair, replacement or refund.

OEM Plus Garage will cover reasonable return shipping costs where required by Australian Consumer Law.

Vehicle Compatibility & Incorrect Selection

Many of our products are specifically designed for particular vehicle models, generations and configurations.

Customers are responsible for carefully checking the vehicle model, generation, year and any other compatibility information shown on the product page before placing an order.

If you are unsure whether a product is compatible with your vehicle, please contact us before purchasing.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds solely because a customer selected the incorrect vehicle, model, generation, variant or other product option when the product supplied matches the option ordered.

This does not affect your rights where a product has been incorrectly described, represented as compatible when it is not, or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee under Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds

Where a refund is required, we will notify you once the claim or returned product has been assessed.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing times after a refund is issued may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
